FEEDBACK
After producing my final products i would have to get some feedback and meet with the client to show him. I would start with creating questionaires to be used when showing people my products. This would give me feeback i wanted and i could use to maybe improve my products.

MAY
It was time to start work on my final drafts, based on what my client had told me adjusting and tweaking wouldnt be too hard as i had specific ideas and task i what i needed to do...
THE POSTER
i decided to do the poster first, i decided to redraw the first draft in a slightly improved way which gave me much more space for a picture to fill up the empty space i was having trouble filling. I completed the back ground first this was because it was the centre piece and one of the main attractions of the poster. After completeing the backgroud i moved onto placing the logo and name of the college along the top and bottom corner. After tweaking around with the placment of the logo i then adjusted the text i was including and where i would be placing that. Then finally the picture and choice of picture. After placing in these in , what i thought, where good positions i was ready to start working on the radio advert.
RADIO ADVERT
The radio advert was going to take a bit long than the poster advert, this would be because finding a tme to do voice overs and time to have two or three takes could depend on when my voice over is free, lucky for me i my voice over readers, where free almost as soon as i wanted to do it. The first thing i wanted to get out the way was getting the voiceovers recorded and done , this would mean i wouldnt have to worry about when peopel are free because i would only need my self to be free. The voice overs took a few takes but in the end i feel i got what i could. After i had the voiceover i converted the song i wanted (Calvin Harris) and converted so i could use it with the voice overs in Final cut express. Finally , after i had what i needed, i could start the long process of cutting and trimming the voice over with the backing track and also altering fade outs and fade ins. when i finished the radio advert i decided that i would use the voice over for my promotional DVD this would make them interlude and become more regonizable.
PROMATIONAL DVD
The promotional DVD was going to take the longest amount of time. This was made a little shorter with the fact that i already had the voice overs i needed, so all i really needed was to film a few shots of different people and a few more shots and my filming would be done, after my filming was done all that would have to be done was the process off editing.. The editing did take a while as there where a few technical faults which had to be over come and as some of them where quite complex i had to have help off the teacher. After these faults where fixed and i was able to work , i feel the editing went well i also enjoyed it alot. Althought it take a while, with all the cutting and fades and also familarising myself with the programme it did take longer than i expected, however i feel that the skills i gained and expereience on the programme will hlep me in later projects. After the final product was complete, i was proud with the final product.

April
After getting the results from my questionaires it was about time i started to work on my first ideas and preparing for my next meeting with my client, this would mean i would have to prepare and project proposal to present to him. This would mean doing a bit of research on budget too.
To start with i started to draw drafts and mind mapped ideas for a poster campaign. I tried to feature as much as i could of what i found out from my audience questionaire and profiling. I decided to do three different ideas, this would give my client a choose to choose from of what sort of poster he was looking for. After gathering my three first ideas i photo copyied each of them a couple times and experimented with what colour to use e.g. After i had what i liked for the three diffrerent deisigns i put them aside and started working on the readio script.
I already had an idea in my head for the radio script and what sort of music i would like in it, i decided on the chart hit at the time calvin harris. This would be in all my first drafts, as i decided it would be well fitted. After i had the song i wrote up two different scripts, again to show to the client and ask which one he would prefer.
The last drafts to do where for the promotional DVD this, to me, would be the most important for me, this is mostly because i appreciaite televison production and also because the questionaire results showed me that , this would be what people enjoyed the most. For the draft storyboards, i, like the radio, decided ot do two drafts which where completly different approachs this would give my client a choice of to different approachs i could take.
BUDGET RESEARCH
My client would also need to know the budget of the project and how much it would all cost. This means researching how much a radio advert would be to put on air i found out it would be around the cost of £300- £500. I would then need to look at how much pritning posters and replicating DVD's would cost. i found that DVDs would be around £50-£150 for 100 DVDs and posters are around £50 for 200 posrter prints. I would do some more research into prices to see if i can find better deals.
PROJECT PROPOSAL
With my meeting coming up i would have to put together a formal project propsal to presesnt to him an overview of what i was going to do and how much it would all cost. This would make sure that everything was ok and that he was fine with all the ideas and budget. After completeing this i arranged a meeting with the client for as soon as possible.
THE MEETING
The meeting with the client went well he was very enthuisastic about my ideas and choose the ones that he liked the most, he also gave me some advice and improvments on which i could make to the ones he chose i made a list of improvents i agrees to consider and work on. After this i was set to go on final ideas and then production.

March
2nd March
Today i began on the road to finishing my commission, which would be starting it. I started looking at the different forms of advertising different colleges use, and began to decide which three, being a multimedia project, i would choose to use to advertise Kings Norton Sixth Form. I also had a brief and exciting first meeting with my client, in this meeting we talked and got to know each other and i also asked a few questions about what he would like to see and what he definatly dosnt want in the advertisments.
4th March
Today was another wonderful day of reasearching advertisments, but today ! i looked at who is in control of the advertising industries like BARB, ASA and of course PCC. I found out alot of information which would help me :)
i also finished off research from the previous lesson, because i thought it would be good to finish it.
13th March
After completeing all the little bits and bobs research on advertising and different forms, i thought it was about time to start getting some audience research done. So i opened a new page on the wonderful world of word and began my AUDIENCE QUESTIONAIRE which would be such an impotant part in the researching process because it would tell me what i really need and what my audience really like and dislike.

WORK COMMENCED ON AUDIENCE QUESTIONAIRES !!!!
update
Today i finished my questionaire and got some feedback from students in the class on any questions they think i should change or modify. After changes where made i decided how many i should print off, i decided to print and produce about 15 questionaires this would give me some strong results which i could rely on.
update
Today i gave my questionaires around the year 11 students and got them all filled in. After i had all these filled in i bought them back to the media room , and added all the reults in, this was to get an average on what people wanted to see in advertisments. After i got these results i put them onto a chart to show what ares people enjoy the most, from my results i found that people prefered television adverts to radio and leaflets. I also discoverd that people preferd the sixth form advert to put across that it is a welcoming and friendly enviroment where everyone gets along, i would use this to my advantage, and try and apply them to my adverts.

Introduction
Today we began a new chapter in our creative media lives. The project will be done individually this could make things harder than other projects that we have done. However i am looking forward to a fresh start and pushing myself to other levels of standard of work and venturing to effort levels i never thought i had.

The word "commission" in the media industry is when a specific task is given to a person/group that they must complete for a fee. For example a writer may be commissioned to create a new soap opera.
The name of my company which will represent myself, as an individual, and my work will be
